Products in the following categories: vases, bowls, shaped candles (Wax Itself, Wax Itself High) are shipped on the day of order, if the order is placed before 16:00. Orders placed after 16:00 are dispatched the next day.
Production time for container candles (Tree-Candle, Oyster) is 1-2 working days.
Production time for lamps and tables is 10-14 working days.
Production times for large orders and non-standard products are negotiated additionally.

The indicated production times may vary if production is busy.

Shipping and payment

Delivery is carried out to all cities of Russia using the CDEK courier service. Pickup in St. Petersburg is currently not available, but we are already working on it.
Delivery costs are calculated individually and depend on the address and size of the parcel.
The order, including delivery costs, is paid to the courier by cash on delivery. Payment using a QR code is also possible; in this case, the delivery cost is paid separately to the courier service representative.

All shipments are insured, so if damage is detected during delivery, draw up a report in the presence of the courier, photograph the packaging and product, and send a copy of the report and photographs to us in any way convenient for you, indicating the order number. We will contact the courier service ourselves and inform you of the result.

The concrete base for container candles can be reused. To do this, you need to thoroughly clean it from the remains of burnt wax using hot water and household detergent, and then fill it with wax again or use bulk wax, which is easier for beginners. You can also come up with your own uses - like jewelry storage, plant pots and much more.

It is advisable not to allow water to stagnate in the vases, as this can lead to the appearance of an unpleasant odor and plaque on the inside of the product. Fresh water will also extend the life of the flowers.

Concrete is a strong and durable material, so it does not require special care. But if you wish, you can periodically coat your products with special protective agents for natural stone - this will add shine and beauty.

If during use you find damage or defects, photograph them and send them to us in any convenient way indicating the order number. We will respond to you within 7 working days and offer possible options for resolving the complaint. The product warranty is 1 (one) year.

It is also important to remember that since all of our products are handmade, there may be slight differences in shape and/or colour tone from the photographs shown on the website. This is not a defect or a deviation from production technology, and does not in any way affect the functionality of the product.
